Forged from Passion
Ophelia's Forge was born from a simple idea: every bookshelf deserves a little magic. We're a small team of friends and book lovers who decided to turn our 3D printers into a forge for fantasy.
Who we are
Small workshop, big ideas
We started Ophelia's Forge as a weekend project — a few friends, a pair of FDM printers, and a shared obsession with fantasy novels. The first sword bookmark was a gift. The second was a commission. By the tenth, we had a forge.
Every piece we create is designed in-house and printed to order. No warehouses, no mass production. If you ordered it, we made it — layer by layer — just for you.

From idea to shelf
Our Process
Concept & Sketch
Every piece starts with a hand-drawn sketch — rough, messy, full of arrows and "what if" notes. We explore multiple directions before committing.
3D Modelling
We model in Fusion 360 and Blender, iterating until every curve, edge, and joint is exactly right. Printability is baked in from the start.
Test Print & Refine
The first print is never the final print. We test, snap, bend, and scrutinise until quality meets our standard. Usually two or three iterations.
Finish & Dispatch
Support removal, sanding, painting (where applicable), sealing — then wrapped carefully and sent on its way to its new shelf.
